Tezzeret is a almost an instant win when comboed with Timevault, in Vintage where there is very little burn/small creatures, its very hard for your opponent to kill him in the intervening turn, the more pressing issue is resolving him through spheres and Forces, but please don't think just because something costs 5cc it will be useless in vintage, as there are plenty of 6cc spells that gets regularly casted in Vintage.
