MO刷卡付賬的問題

我試過好多次都沒辦法在MO STORE刷卡結帳，也用過兩張卡

他都會顯示

有的時候會出現這個
We are unable to successfully verify your personal information. Double check that your billing/shipping address information, including your name and phone number, is the same as it appears on your bank card statement. 有人能幫我解釋一下嗎

1.你案太多次了 或是 短時間一直要求授權 or 錯誤的卡號等等之類的一直重複要求授權 解決辦法 隔幾各小時再用就可以了

2.卡的註冊資訊 跟你帳號的資料不同 地址電話 等等之類的 也就是授權沒通過 有幾種可能 1.地址電話真的有問題 2.發卡銀行沒開放線上刷卡或是國外線上刷卡 解決辦法 地址之類的填的根你卡申請時後地址改成一樣 打通電話去信用卡公司詢問

玩到現在一年了，直到現在我還是不能使用信用卡。
當初也是很想玩，也是卡在那很久，寫信給他，打過客服，他就是不收我的信用卡，最後的方法是:和別人要或買一個帳號，之前九版起始組合有送，所以應該換的到，平常玩的話，要用刷卡的，至頂的一些online store都可以刷卡，大多數通過paypal就可以了，可以買牌和票，價錢也都還ok，用現金，就在在這版上買tix，只要有票，玩起來都沒問題了，希望你可以成功加入mo。

大家好,我是新加入mo的玩家

昨天加入之後,才買了幾次booster,就出現這一個所謂"資料核對"問題,而無法在他們的網路商店刷卡購物

但是我即刻用他們內件的email客服反應系統去求助
信中寫了幾個帳號的基本資料給他們

幾小時之後,他們回了信,如下:

Sorry for the trouble, I have adjusted your account so you can now order. The problem occurred due to alerts raised by our fraud detection software, which has sensitive allowances. We recommend that you use only a single credit card on your account (if possible). Avoid using that credit card on any other MtGO account to help prevent issues like this in the future.

Note: If you received a response from the system saying "We cannot process your order due to excessive authorizations" then please wait 2 hours before ordering, otherwise please wait 20 minutes from your last order attempt.

If the problem continues please contact us.
