為什麼我的信用卡不能買= =

我今天去買包時 輸入完信用卡帳號他就出現

明明前2天才剛買東西的阿
怎麼會這樣 有人出現過跟我一樣的問題嗎?

有紅色星星的部分都要寫明
還有pin碼別打錯
如果還是不行的話
就是他家的網站暫時有問題
晚點刷或是隔天刷應該就沒事了

還是不能刷 它顯示以下的文字

我也遇到相同情形，後來改用paypal帳號轉帳付款。
